By accessing or using Anees Visions services, you agree to comply with all terms mentioned below.
1. Service Agreement
Anees Visions provides hosting, server management, web development, digital solutions, and related services.
All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
2. User Responsibilities
Users are fully responsible for:
Their hosted content
Website activities
Account security
Payment obligations
Maintaining personal backups
Following local and international laws
Users must not use Anees Visions services for:
Illegal activities
Fraud or scams
Phishing pages
Malware distribution
Spamming
Adult or prohibited content
Copyright violations
Cryptocurrency mining abuse
Resource abuse affecting other users
Strict action will be taken against violations.
3. Payments
All payments must be completed before service activation.
Late payments may result in suspension or permanent termination.
Services will not remain active without valid payment.
Users are responsible for renewal dates and invoices.
Anees Visions is not responsible for service interruption caused by unpaid invoices.
4. No Refund Policy
ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO ANEES VISIONS ARE FINAL.
Anees Visions maintains a strict NO REFUND POLICY under all circumstances including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Lack of technical knowledge
Service misunderstanding
Inactivity
Accidental purchases
User mistakes
Failure to use the service
Account suspension due to violations
Slow response from user side
Domain registration costs
Third-party service failures
Server downtime outside our control
Digital product delivery
Once a service is activated, renewed, configured, or delivered, no refund, partial refund, or chargeback claim will be accepted.
Users opening unauthorized disputes or chargebacks may face immediate account suspension and permanent service termination.
5. Backup Policy
Anees Visions may create temporary backups for operational purposes only.
However:
Backups are NOT guaranteed.
Users are fully responsible for maintaining their own backups.
Expired, suspended, or terminated accounts may permanently lose all data.
If a hosting plan expires, backups may be deleted permanently after a limited retention period.
After account expiration, users may be required to renew or purchase a hosting package before any available backup restoration can be considered.
Backups older than 2 months are not guaranteed to exist or be recoverable.
Anees Visions is not responsible for any lost files, databases, emails, or website data.
Users should always maintain personal external backups.
6. Service Suspension
Anees Visions reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate services immediately without notice if:
Policies are violated
Abuse reports are received
Illegal activities are detected
System security is threatened
Server resources are excessively abused
Fake information is provided
Payment fraud is suspected
No compensation or refund will be provided in such cases.
7. Limitation of Liability
Anees Visions shall not be held liable for:
Business losses
Revenue loss
Data loss
Downtime
Cyber attacks
Third-party failures
Backup failures
User negligence
Service interruptions beyond our control
Users use all services at their own risk.
8. Intellectual Property
Users may not copy, resell, duplicate, exploit, or misuse Anees Visions branding, systems, content, designs, or infrastructure without written permission.
9. Modifications
Anees Visions reserves the right to modify pricing, services, features, or policies at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of services means acceptance of updated policies.
10. Legal Compliance
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Anees Visions reserves the right to cooperate with legal authorities when required.
