Please read carefully before purchasing any service.
1. No Refunds
All sales are final.
No refunds, partial refunds, or reversals will be issued for:
- Hosting services
- VPS or server services
- Website development
- Custom coding
- Server management
- Domain registrations
- SSL certificates
- Software licenses
- Monthly or yearly plans
- Renewals
- Setup fees
- Digital products
- Maintenance services
2. Expired Services & Backup Recovery
If your hosting plan or service expires:
- Your account may become suspended or permanently terminated.
- Backups may be deleted automatically.
- Backup recovery is NOT guaranteed.
- After long expiration periods, backups may no longer exist.
- Users may need to renew or purchase a hosting package before any available backup can be restored.
- Backups older than 2 months are generally not available.
Anees Visions is not responsible for any data loss after expiration.
3. User Responsibility
Every user is responsible for:
- Maintaining personal backups
- Renewing services on time
- Reading service details before purchase
- Understanding technical requirements
Failure to understand or use a service does not qualify for a refund.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
Unauthorized disputes or chargebacks against Anees Visions may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Permanent ban from services
- Additional recovery charges
- Legal action if necessary
5. Abuse of Services
No refund will be issued if an account is suspended or terminated for:
- Abuse
- Illegal activity
- Spam
- Resource overuse
- Fraud
- Policy violations
6. Agreement
By purchasing any service from Anees Visions, you confirm that:
- You have read all policies.
- You fully agree with the No Refund Policy.
- You understand backup limitations.
- You accept all risks related to digital services.
Important Notice
Anees Visions strongly recommends all users maintain their own external backups at all times.
Do not rely solely on server-side backups.
